DJ Wilson has spent nearly four decades in media across the country with the last 20 years in General Management running NYSE media operating units. Most recently, DJ was the President and General Manager of the TEGNA owned KGW Media Group, a portfolio of media assets serving the Portland, Oregon market. DJ has held top media executive management positions in major markets including Seattle as VP Assistant General Manager at KING Broadcasting, and at the FOX owned and operated stations in Atlanta, and Detroit.
 

Wilson is a Director at the Bates Group LLC, the nation’s leading provider of financial services expertise, including securities litigation and arbitration support and internal and regulatory investigations.

Wilson has extensive community board experience spanning 25 years chairing multiple boards including the Oregon Association of Broadcasters, the Portland, OR Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Group; The Portland Business Alliance, the top ten Wine Spectator Classic Wines Auction, and Farestart in Seattle.

DJ has deep executive committee board experience including the International Women’s Forum Oregon, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, and SMART; Start Making a Reader Today. DJ is currently on the national board of Friends of the Children serving on the Racial Equity work group.

DJ is the President and CEO of DJ Wilson Consulting, a consulting practice coaching female leaders, facilitating strategic planning and leadership workshops. Wilson is an equity partner in several businesses and start- up ventures.
